Our attempt to etch actual handwriting on metal jewelry started many years ago. We were trying to engrave a child’s ‘hand written’ note to his dad on a small necklace for a Father’s Day gift. At that time, the only way to come close to making this happen was for a jeweler’s struggle to hand engrave the handwriting by looking at the handwritten note and doing their best to imitate it on a metal necklace.
Thanks to a leap in technology, we are able to laser engrave handwriting (or even fingerprint, paw print, and much more) EXACTLY as provided to us.

We are seriously excited to offer a way for anyone to gift someone (or themselves!) a personal part of someone – something in their handwriting – to wear, frame, carry, etc. A way to ‘remember’ and preserve memory of someone throughout history (since the first cave writings), is having something ‘from their own hand’.
